Great Location, But Prepare for Noise

We enjoyed our stay, especially the quick access to downtown and the comfort of our queen room. However, noise from partying guests echoed late into the night, making sleep difficult. For a quieter experience, consider asking for a room farther from the parking lot.

We loved how pet-friendly this place was! After a day of exploring the beautiful Oceano Dunes State Park, which is just a short drive away, it was a relief to settle down in our spacious room. The staff was incredibly accommodating and made check-in smooth.

In my wife’s opinion, better soundproofing would have helped with the kids’ sleep.

our stay at avenue inn downtown district slo was enjoyable! the staff were super friendly and made us feel welcomed. we loved being close to the town center and mission park. highlight of our trip was the tip from staff to visit the downtown farmers' market on thursday night. such fun! our room was clean and comfy, too.
